Is Candy AI free?
There is a free tier, but it is very small and the limits are totals rather than daily allowances. An unpaid account can send five chat messages in total across all characters, create one custom AI character, and generate one image. After that the platform requires a subscription.
How much does Candy AI cost?
There is one Premium plan sold on several billing terms. Paying monthly costs 13.99 euros a month. Paying for three months up front works out at 8.99 euros a month. Paying for twelve months up front works out at 3.99 euros a month. Local taxes are added on top and every term renews automatically.
Is the 3.99 euro price really a monthly charge?
No, and this is the most common misreading of Candy AI pricing. The 3.99 figure is a per-month equivalent of the annual plan. Choosing it takes a single payment of 47.88 euros from your card, and it renews at the same price and term unless you cancel.
What are tokens and what do they pay for?
Tokens are an internal currency that sits on top of the subscription. They pay for image generation, video generation, creating a custom AI character, listening to voice messages, voice and phone calls, and unlocking private content packs. Ordinary text chatting consumes no tokens at all.

Does Candy AI have an iPhone or Android app?
No. The platform states it does not offer a native mobile app for iOS or Android and that the service is used through a mobile browser. It does offer an installable web app, so you can add it to your home screen and get an app-like window and notifications without any app store.
Cancelling, refunds and deletion
How do I cancel my Candy AI subscription?
Log in, open My Profile, go to Settings, and use the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the page. It is self-service and takes under a minute. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund from Candy AI?
Only inside a narrow window. The terms of service give you 24 hours after payment to request one, and refuse requests made after that. A subscription refund is also refused if more than 20 tokens have been used, and a token package refund is refused if any tokens have been used. The clause covers purchases made by card.

Is there a working Candy AI promo code?
No, there is no working public promo code. Coupon aggregator sites advertise this brand at 20, 65, 70, 75, 95 and 100 percent off simultaneously, which cannot all be true. The real discount is the one published on the subscriptions page itself with no code required: 35 percent off for a three-month term and 70 percent off for a twelve-month term.
