No. Candy.ai states plainly that it does not offer a native mobile app for iOS or Android, and that the platform is used through a mobile web browser instead. What it does offer is an installable web app: you open the site on your phone and add it to your home screen, which gives you an icon and an app-like window without any store involved. Every "Candy AI" app you can find in either store is published by somebody else.

Candy.ai's help centre has an article dedicated to exactly this question. Its answer is that there is no native mobile app for either platform, that the service is fully accessible through a mobile browser, and that a progressive web app has been implemented so you can install Candy.ai on your phone and get an app-like experience without visiting the App Store or Play Store.
If you install it that way, the platform's own prompt offers push notifications in three categories: new features, sales and discounts, and new messages. That is the full extent of the "app" — a home-screen shortcut with notifications, running the same site.
- Open the site in your phone's browser. Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. Sign in first so the installed shortcut opens straight into your account.
- Use the browser's own share or menu button. On iPhone that is Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android it is the browser menu, then Install app or Add to home screen.
- Confirm the name and add it. You get an icon on your home screen that opens in its own window without browser chrome.
- Accept or decline notifications deliberately. The prompt bundles product news and marketing alongside message alerts — decline if you only wanted the shortcut.
A practical upside nobody mentions: because there is no store app, there are no in-app purchases, so subscription pricing is not marked up by a store commission and cancelling never involves an App Store or Play Store subscription screen.

A search returned 13 name-similar results. Not one is published by EverAI Limited or Candy.ai. Examples of what does come back: an app called CandyAI: Chat, Play & Create published by an individual seller, and one called CandyMate AI published by a different individual seller entirely.

There is a Google Play developer account using the name Candy AI. Its own developer description reads as a welcome from a Danish hairdressing business offering barber services, and the page contains no mention of candy.ai or EverAI anywhere. It is not the platform.

The confusion is not limited to stores. At least one separate domain markets itself as the Candy.ai app with download buttons for iOS and Android and a free-trial offer, while publishing no company name and no statement of whether it is official. Another publishes a Candy AI login page on its own domain.

So the category is structurally app-less — and the demand for a download does not disappear just because the product does not exist. That mismatch is what the APK mirrors, clone apps and lookalike domains are monetising.
Candy.ai compounds it slightly by having almost no informational pages on its own domain: no pricing page, no FAQ, no blog. Its help centre lives on a separate support platform. So when somebody searches for a basic answer about the product, third parties are usually what they find — which is the entire reason a site like this one has something to add.
